A good portion of my experience has been consulting in one form or another. Here are some highlights:
- Technology audits – worked with Hans Mundahl to evaluate organizations’ technology. Hans evaluated technology integration, policy, and business practices while I focused on the technology. Reports focused on honest evaluation with specific action items.
- Technology consulting – while at 2K Networking I consulted with many organizations, specializing in school districts. I utilized my business background as well as my technical background to bring a unique perspective to technology directors and superintendents.
